Terms and user notice for AI Rap Video and its AI generation services.

1. Service operator and agreement

These Terms apply to AI Rap Video at airap-video.online, operated by Cherry, an independent developer (“we,” “us,” or “the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. The Service delivers digital AI-generated media and related account and credit features; it does not ship physical goods or provide live human services.

Important user notice

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
  • AI outputs can vary, may be inaccurate or similar to other outputs, and should be reviewed before you share or use them.
  • Upload only content you have the rights and permissions to use, including permission from people shown in a photo or heard in a recording.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Review the price and credit terms at checkout; cancellation and refund details are in our Refund Policy.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, which providers receive it, and how retention works.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate account information and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. AI models and generated content

The model selector identifies the model used for each generation. Current selectable models include:

  • Images: Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4, Z-Image Turbo, Flux 2 Flex, and Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview.
  • Videos: Seedance 2, Veo 3.1, Veo 3, Sora 2, Sora 2 Pro, Wan Pro, and Kling Video O1.
  • Music: Suno V5, Suno V4.5+, Suno V4.5, Suno V4, and Suno V3.5.
  • Chat: Kimi K2 Thinking, DeepSeek R1, GPT-5, and Claude 4.5 Sonnet.

Model availability can change as providers or account configuration changes; we will update this list when selectable models change. The Service uses third-party providers including SeeAPI, Replicate, fal, Google Gemini, Kie.ai, and OpenRouter, depending on the selected feature and model. Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review outputs and ensure your use of them is lawful. We do not promise that an output is unique or free of third-party rights.

You retain rights you hold in your input and output materials. You grant us permission to host, copy, transmit, and process inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable use and content safety

You may upload or generate content only if you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not upload a person's image, voice, or other identifying material without that person's prior consent. Do not use the Service to impersonate or mislead others, or to create content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute:

  1. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW content.
  2. Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies real-world harm.
  3. Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or violence against a protected group.
  4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or any content that exploits or endangers a minor.
  5. Non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive impersonations, or synthetic intimate imagery.
  6. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

Prompts submitted for image, video, and music generation are screened by Waffo Prompt Sift before they are sent to the selected generation provider. Uploaded reference images are screened by SeeAPI before generation, and generated images are screened before display. Generated videos are not screened by SeeAPI after generation; provider-side filters may apply. Automated image screening can produce false positives or false negatives. To report content or suspected misuse, email [email protected] with a description and, if available, the task ID. We will acknowledge reports and make an initial assessment within 1 business day, then complete our review and notify the reporter of the outcome within 5 business days. If a case requires more time, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timeframe. Reports involving urgent risks, including risks to minors or credible threats of physical harm, are prioritized; when necessary, we may immediately hide reported content or restrict access while reviewing it. Depending on our findings, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other steps required by law. Repeated or serious violations may result in loss of access to purchased credits where permitted by law.

5. Prices, credits, subscriptions, and payment

The Service offers one-time credit packs and monthly subscriptions. The checkout page shows the price, currency, credit amount, and billing interval before you pay. One-time purchases do not renew. Monthly subscriptions renew at the displayed price each month until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method shown at checkout.

You can cancel online from your account's Settings → Billing page or through the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the current billing period. Monthly credits expire at the end of that billing period. One-time credits expire 30 days after purchase. Failed generation jobs return their credits as shown on the pricing page.

Refunds: You may request a refund for a one-time credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. For an initial monthly subscription charge, you may request a refund within 7 days if none of that period's credits have been used. Renewal charges are not refundable except for duplicate charges, a verified Service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours (pro-rated for the affected period), or where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. See our Refund Policy for request instructions and processing details.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and card data; we receive transaction and subscription information needed to deliver the purchase, but not your full card number or security code.

6. Service changes and account action

We may update or discontinue features as the Service evolves. We may restrict or terminate access to address a violation of these Terms, security risks, abuse, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, liabilities, or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms and will post the current version here with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel where required by law.
