AI Rap Video is operated by Cherry, an independent developer (the “Service”). For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Depending on how you use the Service, we process:
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis |

We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded media, prompts, generated media, or related task data to train or fine-tune AI models operated by us. This does not control the independent data practices of third-party providers.
The model selector identifies the model used for each generation. The current selectable models include:
The available list can change when we enable or remove models; we update this disclosure when the selectable models change. Depending on your selection, requests may be processed by SeeAPI, Replicate, fal, Google Gemini, Kie.ai, or OpenRouter. Uploaded reference images are screened by SeeAPI before generation, and generated images are screened before they are shown to you. Generated videos are not screened by SeeAPI after generation. SeeAPI receives the public image URLs and processes the linked images for these checks. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share with these providers. Review their own privacy terms for processing and retention practices.
Waffo Pancake processes payment checkout and related transaction information. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded media when configured. The application is hosted on Vercel. Optional analytics integrations, if enabled, may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, OpenPanel, or Vercel Analytics. The database and email providers are those configured for this Service.
The Service stores uploaded media in its configured object storage and stores prompts, task settings, provider task IDs, status, and result URLs in its application database. The current implementation does not set a fixed automatic deletion period for these uploads or application task records. Contact us to request deletion; we will review the request and remove information where we can, subject to legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements.
SeeAPI currently documents that its task logs are retained for 60 days and generated assets have no automatic expiration. We cannot delete or set an expiry for assets held by SeeAPI. Provider policies can change; see SeeAPI's task documentation. Download any generated media you want to keep and avoid uploading sensitive material unless you accept this processing and storage.
Payment and account records may be retained as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We share information only as needed with the selected AI model provider, Waffo Pancake, our configured hosting, database, storage, and email providers, and optional analytics providers when enabled. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal rights.
These providers may process information in countries or regions different from yours. Where required, we use applicable legal safeguards for international transfers. Each provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its processing.
Essential cookies support sign-in, security, and core site functions. Optional analytics are used only when configured. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.
Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; request restriction of or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] from your account address. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond within 30 days, or tell you if the law allows an extension.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for data in transit and access controls for service systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.
The Service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Do not upload sexual or exploitative material involving a minor.
We may update this Policy as the Service or its data practices change. The current version and effective date will appear here. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
